Description
This is a soft and lush, heavyweight wool blend fabric. This fabric is part of our wool fabric range, it is a quality medium weight wool mix fabric. This fabric drapes beautifully as curtains or would look great made up into a roman blind. It is also suitable for all domestic upholstery projects like sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools and other chairs. It could also be used for cushions, lampshades and other soft furnishing projects. This fabric is effortlessly luxurious with a warm and sumptuous feel that is homely and comforting and would adorn any room. It easily fits into a room, enhancing it with a subtle vibe of opulence that is not overwhelming. The majority of wool blend fabrics are understated, with simple patterns, either plain, herringbone, check or tartan and so work with many interior styles. Wool blend fabrics are most ideally used in period and country style or cottage interiors.
We sell both fire retardant fabrics and fabrics that are not fire retardant. This fabric is not fire retardant. Therefore, whilst being suitable for upholstery with regards to fabric weight, it may require treating to the relevant British Safety Standard if you are to use this fabric to cover furniture or other items in the home.
