The fabric is a lovely linen blend, with varying degrees of pink/soft peach, depending on your interpretation.
The texture of this fabric makes it so easy to cut and sew. The weave is "true" and so the curtains I made hang beautifully - no twisting!
I needed to buy some plain fabric to sew a cover for a daybed. I thought 4m of the Norton linen would be about right and so ordered “4”. I had not realised that I was actually ordering 4 pieces and some of the pieces when they came were actually 3m long. The fabric is a light oatmeal colour, very textured and expensive looking, and doesn’t crease easily as it is quite heavy. Since I have loads left over it will be useful to back some cushions I will be making.
