• The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory, consumer rights.


    • By emailing your order to us you are offering to buy the goods at the price states subject to our terms and conditions.


    • We have the right to refuse to supply the goods you order but will only do this under extreme circumstances.


    • Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any monies paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods. We only source ‘perfect’ quality direct from the manufacturers.


    • A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order is accepted. This we confirm by email.


    • We aim to deliver within the time scale stated although, at times, delivery may be subject to conditions outside our control. All delivery times are approximate and will not be held liable for any compensation or damages as a result.


    • If we are unable to deliver within our normal delivery time, we will contact you immediately. Please check your delivery carefully for external damage upon receipt. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, you must contact us within 7 days by email. Fabrics will not be accepted back ‘as faulty’ once they have been cut. We are unable to accept returns for any items that have been ‘made to measure/ order.’ This does not affect your statutory rights.


    • Please check goods for colour, condition and accuracy of printing and in order to ensure they are the goods you ordered. Once goods have been cut, treated, made up, installed or damaged, in any way, they cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances.


    • You will be responsible for the goods once delivery has been made or delayed by you at delivery.


    • Textile materials do shrink. A shrinkage tolerance of up to 5% should be allowed when making curtains and soft furnishings.


    • Every care has been taken in the preparation of the contents of this web site. However, as far as is permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of information contained within.


    • Fabrics need to comply with the ‘Furniture and Furnishing (Fire) (safety) regulations 1988’ if they are to be used for upholstery. Customers are advised that flame retarding can affect the finish, handle and occasionally the colour of fabrics.


  • If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Loyalty Cards Terms & Conditions

1. You can obtain a stamp card free of charge at The Fabric Millshop. Your stamp card is issued by, and remains the property of The Fabric Millshop. It cannot be used to purchase any products at www.the-millshop-online.co.uk

 2. Stamp card may only be used once in a day.

3. Transactions equal to or above £10 will receive one stamp. Transactions equal or above £50 will receive two stamps.  Transactions equal or above £100 will receive three stamps.

4. You must present the stamp card to collect your stamps at the time of purchase as we will be unable to issue stamps at a later date (even if a receipt is produced). 

5. To claim your £10 The Fabric Millshop Gift Card, you must complete this stamp card with ten stamps and present it in-store. Stamps from separate cards may be combined to redeem your Fabric Millshop Gift Card. All relevant cards must be surrendered.

6.  If your stamp card has been lost, stolen or damaged, The Fabric Millshop cannot be held liable for any rewards or scissor stamps on that card and we are unable to re-issue any rewards or scissor stamp on that card. 

7. Photocopied, altered or defaced stamp cards and/or stamps will not be accepted. We may treat as void any stamp card you present if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unlawful or you have otherwise engaged in behaviour which is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of this promotion.

8. The £10 value will be supplied in the format of a The Fabric Millshop Gift Card. The Fabric Millshop Gift Card has no money value and cannot be echanged for cash.

9. The Fabric Millshop reserves the right to stop issuing stamp cards and to withdraw the stamp card scheme at any time and on such notice as it shall deem appropriate. 

10. Use of this stamp card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.

11. Stamp cards are issued by and remain the property of The Fabric Millshop who reserve the right to (i) take any action deemed necessary if it reasonably believes you have misused the card; and (ii) on reasonable notice to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the stamp card.

12.  For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "The Fabric Millshop" means The Millshop Online whose registered address is 2 Rothersthorpe Avenue, Rothersthorpe Trading Estate, Northampton, NN4 8JH.
